View a report showing when rules are broken

By using the Check Rules report from the Reports menu, you can check your current rota against your rules and requirements. That way, if there are any requirements that the software was unable to fill, you will be able to find them quickly and easily. Also, if you have manually adjusted the rota, you can make sure that you have not accidentally violated one of your rules.

The screenshots below show some examples of broken rules and unfilled requirements. Note, these reports have been truncated.

Here the report states that there is a requirement for 1 Supervisor, and shows dates when the requirement is not completely filled.

Here there is a rule which states that Gavin cannot be a Supervisor while also working the 9-5 shift. It shows that it has been broken on 23/02/2005.

Finally, the report above shows that Gavin can only work 40 hours per week. Here it shows that in the week of 21/02/2005, he was allocated 40.75 hours.
