The 4 Week Rota View
Because of the limited screen space, the information provided in the 4 and 6 week rota views is slightly different from the one and two week views.
Most notably, only a minimal non-interactive timeline is displayed, and only numeric totals can be displayed - there is no option to show the overstaffing/understaffing graphs.
You can access an interactive timeline in the 4 week view by clicking on a cell. The interactive timeline will be displayed just below the cell, as shown below. You can interact with this just as you would the timelines in the 1 and 2 week views. Follow this link for details.
